The New Business Hosting model came together in October 2009. Ralph Smith and Brian Page have worked in the web hosting industry for over ten years which has resulted in thousands of happy, satisfied clients. In April 2010 they decided to build a customer centric web hosting company. They had decided that a consistent issue in web hosting is customer service. So many Web Hosting Companies forget the customer is absolutely always right and that the client relationship is the most important aspect of business. So they set out to identify the problems with the existing systems they had worked with and where clients can fall through the cracks.
Then they started building their new Web Hosting model and before you know it six months went by. They worked on development until they felt they had identified the majority of issues and implmented solutions to correct them. In May of 2010 they launched New Business Hosting Incorporated. Designed around ease of access, transparent business operations and customer satisfaction they quickly started building the business. The packages are clear, concise and affordable.
